At Armadillo Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
